Can't hear callers and sometimes they cant hear me unless speakerphone is on. how to resolve? Moto v300
Hi I have just had the same problem and I found that some how the auto handsfree had been set to on. To resolve this I went to >SETTINGS >CAR SETTINGS>AUTO HANDSFREE and turned the handsfree OFF. The phone now works ok and I can hear all my calls without pressing the speaker phone. I hope this helps you Regards sootyman

I have 3 motorola v300 that my friends gave me because the same problem. after looking for a solution in the internet I found the solution and I am very excited and happy to share with you guys. try it at your on risk
motorola v300 has a manufacturing problem. to make sound the little speaker has to move freely back and forward. but is constricted by a metal plate the is in its back . to resolve the problem. follow this steps.
1 - turn turn off the phone .
2- flip the phone open.
2- around the screen , you gonna see four little dot lids that cover little screws.
3- take off the little lids and then the four little screws , don't loose them.
4- take off the FACE Plate.
5- using a needle nose plier pry outward the metal plate 1mm will do.
make sure the the steel frame is not touching the earpiece.
6- turn on the phone.
7-call your voice mail to tested. and enjoy it.
if you think this to much a challenge for you get help for somebody that can doit for you; it is pretty easy.
the screws are a torx type. you can borrow the screwdriver from any cellular store that sells personalized FACE PLATES
drop me a thanx note to [email protected] with the subjet "motorola v300" I want to count the number of people I helpped it.
PS pardon my english.
