How to remove radio from nissan micra 03 reg to get serial No just acquired car but no manual or radio code and i'm a( new older lady driver) ant hints tips on anything would be great!

usually..... just make sure the radio is on and using the buttons for the preset stations punch in the code, after the right code is put in the radio will begin playing.

Take your radio out (Using an Allen wrench) there are 2 little doors on either side of your radio. Back out the recessed allen head screws till it stops and withdraw the radio out. Disconnect the radio wiring(no need to worry they only fit one way) take the radio to the dealer with your Reg. or title and ask the service advisor for the code. (they might try to charge you for the code. But just complain and say" that you have had many bmw and you've been comming to the dealer for parts for years now and it that how you treat me"!) that should get you the code (If you are a woman then wear something tight & Skimpy) same effect. put the radio back in and input the code...

You should be good to go.

Robynumber1 is correct, you have a blower motor resistor that needs to be replaced.

I just posted a solution for this problem. It comes straight from the radio manual. The dealer should have told you this. If you want him to do it he'll charge money for his time. IF YOU LOST YOUR CODE. THE DEALER CAN HELP YOU OR IF YOU HAVE YOUR 4 DIGIT CODE:
