Hi, I posted a problem for fixing gaps in the cyan on my printer. I got a solution on how to manually clean the print head. Do I leave the ink cartridges in the printer while performing the cleaning or should they be removed?

The cyan print head may be blocked. Try several deep cleaning of the print head to see if it can clear the blocked cyan print nozzles. Also check the cyan cartridge, make sure it is not empty. If none of this works then the print head needs to be replaced. NOTE the print head is not a cheap item, you may consider putting the money towards a new and better printer.
