Dryer starts to work and then stops working after a few minutes
We actually have the widl 103 front load, but I couldn't find a place to put this question for that one. The washer works fine. After it is done we turn the dryer on and it goes for a few minutes and then it stops and some of the lights turn on. At that point pushing buttons does nothing. We can turn it off and then back on and turn the dryer on again, but it will then do the same thing again.

Doesn't usually happen so quick but may be a blockage in the air duct. take top off. if i remember right, duct runs across the back to the dryer fan. check for lint build-up. if poor air flow, an overheat stat will cut off the dryer

I understand that you had a bunch of wet towels, and put them in your Frigidaire dryer, model# FGQ332ES. I see that your dryer worked for a few minutes and then stopped. There could be a possibility that the wet towels were too heavy from all the water in them. I suggest that you spin the towels out in your washer first and then move them over to your dryer. If you are still noticing the dryer working for a couple of minutes and then stopping, I suggest giving your appliance a hard reset. You will do this by either unplugging your appliance or shutting the power off at your homes circuit breaker for 3-5 minutes. When power is restored start it on any cycle. If your dryer is still shutting off after a few minutes, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose your appliance and determine what is causing it to shut off after a few minutes. Hope this is helpful.
I am having the same problem. Dried towels last night. This morning, I loaded it, turned it on, it did not lock the door or start drying (spinning) but the timer started counting down. I pressed Cancel twice, unplugged it for a few minutes then tried again. Problem still exists. Any suggestions?
I have the same problem..really disappointed in this product. I bought mine in 07 as well..I found that if i hold all the buttons down and then hit start it (Sometimes starts), but after it starts it turns off after 10 seconds.
