You should try downloading the Windows 7 version of the software and drivers for you scanner from the Canon support web site: (click here)
From the "Select OS" drop-down, select either the standard (32bit) or 64 bit version of Windows 7 depending on what you have installed on your system.
From there, download the 4200F Scanner Driver and the CanoScan Toolbox software and select "Open" after download.

Are you looking for the Window XP 64bit drivers? As those are not listed on Canon's support site but the Vista and Windows 7 64 bit drivers can be downloaded from the support site link below. The ScanGear software is also available on the USA site.
