When I hook up the recorder (Olympus VN-960PC) to my pc, I can transfer a long file from the A directory, but two short files from the B directory won't transfer...
Try to move the files to a new folder one at a time then transfer... to move the files press play to play the file, then hold folder button down for 1 second, then press + button to select folder, then enter to move... but do this one at a time because one of the files may be corrupted

Probably a bit late but I got my Olympus VN-960PC Digital Voice Recorder to work on my MacBook Pro running Win7 with Bootcamp by using this site and DL's from there....
Seems the VN-960PC lives up to the "PC" part in that it is not compatible with the OS X operating system on the Mac. The last driver update was for Vista and I have not heard of anyone having success with using it on a Mac. Sorry this isn't solving your problem. Guess the only option is to offload the files onto a PC and transfer your files on a flash drive.
press the stop and erase button down for 1 second or more, then over to yes.. then you will need to set the date and time if you are successful in clearing all
My VN-960 wouldn't recognize because windows didn't have a driver for it.
With the Install CD still in the drive, Go to the control panel, New Hardware, then wait for it to finish searching. Click on My Hardware is connected, then choos the Digital Wave Recorder, and then find driver. It should install the driver and Work now!
