As much fun as jumping on a trampoline can be, they come with serious risks. Some of the more popular injuries that can result from trampoline use are: broken arms/legs, concussions, lacerations and abdominal injuries. Some of these can be avoided by allowing only one jumper at a time, while others may be unavoidable.
