The screen on my TV has frozen. Using the remote control makes no difference. The same channel name is in the top righthand corner when I switch on the TV, but that's all. Otherwise, the screen. It happened suddenly, no warning. I can use the remote to switch the TV on and off, but that's all. Can anyone help? Is it a bug?
That problem is a factory defect in the if and video section of the tv only the manufacturer could remedy that.take it to a tech so that the video board and the IF board be replaced

I've recently heard that this problem occurs with LG LCDs when switched to Channel 9 in Sydney. Weird. Apparently, LG are working on it but they don't know why it happens. There's not much worth watching on Channel 9 anyway, so I've solved the problem by not switching to it.
I have the exact same problem...how did u fix it??
