Samsung VP A30 - Instructions

I've tried to find an instruction manual for this and can't have you any ideas? I'd also like to know whether it is possible to somwhow connect this straight to my PC and upload the video

You can plug it straight to a PC via a cable with stereo lack at one end to go into the video camera, and a mono jack (sound card) and phono (TV card) at the other end.

Samsung SCA30 8mm Video Camera - Video plays back with tracking noise at top and bottom of screen. Audio track is very faint and intermittent. It seems to me that the tracking is so far out of adjustment that the audio track cannot be read. Is there a manual tracking coarse adjustment inside? Something to get it close enough for auto tracking to take over?
