If you feel confident to try, then unplug machine and take off the top cover (looks like 5 screws at the back and then it should lift forward and up (just possibly the volume knob will need pulling off too, but maybe not) being careful not to touch anything inside, plug the machine back in and try eject and see if anything moves inside at all. sometimes cables can get bent in such a way as to block the tray form coming out. If you get nothing at all then i suspect either the tray drive motor is faulty, or the section of the power supply that powers it has failed. Just have a look in the back left corner where the power cable goes into the box and see if there are any fuses and check them. try plugging the machine into a different power socket in a different room just in case the supply voltage is the problem, if that works then call an electrician.
