How do i turn off the alarm on my Samsung galaxy mini

Go to Settings > SOUND > Silent mode (No sounds except media and alarms).
If this is ticked (on), it means alarm will sound even if you make the phone silent.
Regarding the loud sound even after reducing ringer volume, no idea for this.

Set all 3 alarms and they never go off. Big problem since it is my only alarm clock for work and just recently quit working have used for almost 2 yrs

You need to make sure the Ringer is enabled. Here are the instructions:

the alarm will sound.

1. From standby mode press the Center Select
Key c [MENU], then press the Directional Key
r right twice for SETTINGS & TOOLS, 2
Tools, 4 Alarm Clock.
2. Press the Directional Key j up or down to
highlight an Alarm (1, 2, or 3), then press the
Center Select Key c [OK].
3. Enter the alarm information including:
• On/Off
• Time
• Frequency
• Ringer
4. Press the Directional Key j up or down to
highlight the information you want to set, then

Car alarm not working

Usually, the siren is mounted in the engine compartment along the firewall pointing downward to drain any water accumulation.
It will have red & black wires connected to it, and (if done professionally) black wire loom over the wires to protect them from heat and debris under the hood.

Wirng up a bw10000 car alarm to a dj systems siren

If you're connecting at the alarm module - you want the red wire from the siren to go to the brown wire on the alarm(the one that's in a plug with 12 or so other wires), not the red (red wire is the constant power input to the alarm).
