DTS34-CRT - what universal remote setting for "TV" is compatible?
I don't have the remote for this monitor and am currently using it to play my DVDs on. I'd like to configure my universal remote to control the functions, but don't know what Electrograph is compatible with?

If you want to use a PS2 with an RCA stereo monitor Colortrak plus television, folllow these steps:
1.Buy a universal remote compatible with RCA televisions if you don't have the original.
2.If your remote needs programming, program it with the manual provided.
5.Goto Alarm Channel
6.Set Alarm Channel to 00
8.Goto channel 00 on the television by using the remote.
9.You should be in AV mode, and able to play your PS2.
P.S. I don't know if you need to set Alarm Channel to 00, but that's how i did it.
I got mine off of game mode by using a universal remote. I had to type in a channel, (03) and it got it out of game mode, but I now have the problem of not being able to get it back into game mode so that I can use my DVD player. Good luck
NOT A SOLUTION, however my remote stopped working a couple months ago. I subsequently tried several universal remotes - none of these worked. An educated guess might be that the problem is NOT with the remote control unit, but rather something inside the set itself. This might also explain why the MW24FM1 you bought "didn't come with a remote".
