Hi!
1st plug in the memory card into the computer. Go to start , then my computer . Locate the drive that has your card . right click on it and format the removable disk. This will clean the mini memory card back to it's new condition. It will also empty it so make sure your files are saved on your computer. Try again to put music on.
Follow this link to solve it, http://www.fixya.com/support/r4391734-usb_flashdisk_pen_drive_write_protect , and dont forget to report to me ... good luck
1. put card in computer and format
2. put card in phone, take a picture
3. open music app on phone (nothing should show up)
4. take out card, put in computer
5. copy songs to the newly created my_music folder
make sure all song filenames are only the song titles. all other information (artist, track number, album, etc, should go in the IDv3 tag as the phone will read this information).
I have 2 of these phones, and this is what seems to work for me.
Your computers SD card reader is more than likely too old. My computer is only a year old and was told it wouldn't work. I called PNY and they told me that I needed to buy either a 1GB or 2GB card or an SDHC external adapter. Of course it doesn't tell you this on the package, good luck!
You have a option in the memory card settings to format. It will format, but still after loading some data into memory card the mobile starts freezing again, even im suffering with the same problem for a long time
