Or, you can just bypass the need for software if you are willing to use Windows Media Player 10 or 11 to transfer songs to your Zen. You can do this by upgrading the firmware to version 2.21.02. Same location as I mentioned above.

You have to have updated software on your computer to download the music. You must have received a CD containing all the requirements for Zen MP3 player.
go to creative Zen site and load the necessary updated software which include the drives too
This will work if you have windows xp (service pack 2) and windows media player 11 you will not need the drivers or installation CD just charge and play. did it come with software do a google on your model and download the convert software it probally has the format as cell phone videos but yours is probally easier.. you could just try a usb cable and port over to the folder where the videos and music is on, rate me please erika
