I transfered songs into BA1000 by Bantam software but it didn't find any songs when I turned on the player, is there another way to copy song into BA1000 without using Bantam software???

Ignore the error.
Find a pin or a paper clip. Insert the tip to the reset hole (locate next to USB). It will try to reset the system and test the system. If you see the test / diagnose message, push the reset button again until you see the Bantam logo and the charging indicator. Another tool you might want to look into is the HDDTool. It's for Philips HDD Audio Jukebox. I've used it to refresh the database successfully. You can find it at http://solonweb.free.fr/ It's a real nice little MP3 player. Good luck with it.
