Hi, Here's what I would do: 1.take out the battery (if you can't just let it them run out). 2. Charge with new batteries. 3. If you still can't access your songs connect the MP3 to the computer and format it (stand on the MP3 icon and right click - choose Format). It should be ok from here on. Try uploading the songs again. Let me know if it worked and please rate it.

I have a 2017 hilux and have over 600 songs on a USB stick, head unit will only recognise around 265 and won't play the other songs just the same 265 . They are all MP3 files. Thanks for any help

There are a couple of things you can check. Make sure they are all the same bit rate MP3 songs. Some units will only play low bit rate songs (up to 128 kbit) and some of yours may be high bit rate songs. Also make sure they play them using a laptop or home computer to check that they have not become corrupted. I went through the same frustration a while back with my car, and after trying a few things, I gave up and loaded them all back on again and everything them worked fine.

Nextarm933a mp3 player cant get to play songs or download

When you download songs, save it first on your My Music folder for you to easily track the song list. Once you have successfully downloaded the songs, insert your MP3 Player. Format your MP3 Player first by right clicking the drive and click format. Once it is formatted, Copy the songs from your My Music folder then Paste it on your MP3 Player drive.
*Note: Try to play your saved song in your Windows Media Player if the song is working fine before you copy it on your MP3 Player.
Drop a comment if you still have questions. I would be happy assisting you.

MP3 Player wont play

I've found out how to help this problem. What you have to do is re-download the firmware and reformat the data area.

Download from this site: http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/downloads.aspx?product=25
(If this doesn't autolink, copy and paste it in your browser's address bar.)

And when you run it, click the checkbox for "Format Data Area." When the message comes up saying you want to delete all the files, click "yes-" it's worth deleting all your songs if it works properly afterwards. You'll have to re-sync your songs and the downloads take forever, but it works.

Sansa shaker not playing

Funny I found this forum because I've been having the same problem. My understanding is that subscription services (yahoo music, iTunes, etc.) don't come in an mp3 file format. You can, however, add songs from cd's you own.

Here's a link you might find helpful. It's from the Sansa Forums. One of the posters describes how you can convert files. I don't know how complicated it is. Good luck! :)

I understand your frustration! I've been having the same problem. I just wasted TWO HOURS trying to get music to download onto this Shaker. The extra $40 for a better device would have been worth it! I can't afford to buy all the cd's that I'd need to fill this player with the songs my son likes. I'm thinking of bringing it back!

My mp3 won't load or play songs

Try calling the costomer survice line. Then catalog all of the things you were doing while you were listening to the mp3. Did you drop it in water? Was it out in extream cold or heat?? Has it been on for more than 5 hours at a time. Sometimes your system will over heat if you have it on to long. I hope I helped, im not an expert, but still I own one of these, so i have some experience

Frozen on Refresh Database

Take out the four screws on the back and pop out the battery then put it back on. Make sure you synced the songs properly. Add to the problem how you added your songs and I might be able to help.
Good Luck
