Question about Virtual Reality Sound VR3 CD Player w/ USB and Scan Disk Inputs
I have a newly purchased Virtual Reality Sound Labs VR3 CD player with SD/USB options. Per the manual I should be able to just plug the 1 gig Lexar JumpDrive with the Power To Go software on it, into the slot on the radio and songs begin to play. That's not happening. I confirmed the formatting of the drive to be FAT as per the radio's manual. How can I get this to work? HELP
Yeah sanme issue with a memorex 2 gig here, my solution was to get a different thumb drive, the vr 3 is finnicky at best, the sd card reader is just as picky and intermittent with certain cards. i am not an audio noob either. jusy try a different drive. the kingston works great and it has the same smart drive progs on it.

I would recommend trying a clean thumb drive with no software, only mp3/wma files. Having software and other files that are not audio may cause problems.

Also, does it matter on the size of the stick? Because i have a 16gb one that i got for the headunit and it only has music on it and is FAT32 and it still doesn't work.! Yet i tried my 64mb college stick and that worked fine with the music and that has all sorts of work on it too.
Is there some sort of firmware update?
