My external speaker on my phone is not workin so my phone dont ring or have speaker phone

Very sorry about the not working of the external speaker... But i'm sure you are speaking about the speaker that is in-built in the phone hence internal. Just check if you are able to record anything at alll on your mobile, if not then you can confirm that the speaker is't working..
Try using the Hands-free for time being and your speaker problems cannot be addressed unless briefly explained. Else check with your vendor for the solution..
