Question about BenQ DC3410 Digital Camera
Hi there, this is the first time I try this so I'm just gonna get into the problem, my benq dc3410 stop recharging, I opened it and cleaned it up, couldn't find the battery and the problem is that the yellow led lights up when I put the AC adapter in the cam and for about a minute or so and then goes off, I left it in the cam for over 4 hours and nothing, as soon as I remove the Adapter the battery goes off, I don't know where the battery is and I there is no service office here in Jordan. I hope you can help Thanks
The battery in this model is un front panel, you have to remove this for replace the battery
caution for the arm of the slide lent protector when you re ensamble the camara.

I tested this camera for a client. I didn’t have the light running for more than 15 minutes. The battery lasted approximately 6 hours before recharging. The LCD, however, had a few dead pixels - never saw this before. Tried returning for exchange and had to put up quite a fight. Anyone else seen this? http://www.batteryfast.com

Read camera manual. Generally battery position is near click button or memory card slot. From your problem description it seems that eighter your bettery is spoiled or it is fully charged and having power supply problem or not properly installed. Ensure that if your battery is new and the + and - terminals of battery is exactly as per your camera connecting terminals. Sometimes people insert batteries with opposite termnals which does not woerk.
