Wasting paper ever since I changed my ink cartridges, the printer prints out a test sheet evertime I turn on my printer. How do I make it stop? I have tried taking out the cartridges to reset it but that doesn't work. Anything els I could do?

thank you so much Tim. Unplugging the printer didn't help but aligning the heads did. You are a genius.

Try unplugging the printer from the electrical source for several minutes. Unhook the printer from the computer and reboot a few times. Turn off the computer, replug the printer and turn on the printer then the computer. That should clear it. Also try printer properties and select align print heads. Let me know what happens. Good Luck, Tim
