I brought my RAZR a week ago - it will not send or receive picture messages. Have called Optus and got some code number to put into my phone - did nothing. I went back to the shop I brought it from - he said it could be my sim so he got me a new one - did nothing. I still cannot send or receive picture messages. When I receive one it tells me to go to some website - and when I go to send one it just stays at 0% then says "unable to send" - the stupid thing is brand new - I'm might sell it because it's annoying me!
I also bought my razr last week and have been unable to send or receive pictures. bought it from my college cellular store and i have been there twice and they have not been able to help me. Its a good phone sometimes but i think i will get a new phone if this continues.I also bought my razr last week and have been unable to send or receive pictures. bought it from my college cellular store and i have been there twice and they have not been able to help me. Well you have to have internet to receive pics from the internet sent from people but thats on trac phones not sure why on your's but as far you not sending pics via bluetooth or mms I dont know your phone should still be under warranty and they should have replaced it 4 you if you bought it with a malfunction. other than that try rebooting your software to see if that helps it may not be a hardware problem.

call ATT, mine did this same problem, and it for some reason got kicked off in the ATT system that i didnt have the correct messaging plan anymore. it sounds odd, but it fixed mine. good luck!
you may try a master reset after backing up to your PC if that doesnt work.
Hope this helps! pls dont forget to rate the solution!
as i think the MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER you must change by asking your network operator ... 1. call to customer care of ur network operator 2. ask for the message center number.. 3. store it in it by going to message settings and message center number .. then try your sms will start going..................
Ussually picture messaging problems are a result of a failed data connection. The mobile internet that you have on the phone is called wap and picture messages use wap to send and receive like an email uses the internet. Check your data connection. Go to a wap site or to the area where your provider offers ringtones and see if it works. It probabyly doesnt. Contact your carrier to help correct it if it doesnt.
Perhaps ask your network provider to send you a new SIM card with MMS capability - remember to ask to keep your number.
Once you receive the SIM, you will have to call your network provider's customer service department to activate it.
The whole thing takes around 3 days to do, and it's worth it just to find out.
take the phone and have it service then if that does not help the issue take it to a mobile service center and have them reflash the keypad with the flash file.
Call ALLTEL for the SERVICE Number. You accidentally erase it. This uses to send/receive msg maybe the Picture/Video too. Try boot-up ur Phone. Goodluck
