Re: teflon finish is bubbling
First go to this link and see if they still stock the part (they still sell the grill so i think you should get lucky)
If you need any help swapping them, please ask again.
Hope this helps :)

There is a 2 year warranty on those. Otherwise nothing can be done. Teflon cannot be repaired of applied without special tools and processes. Hint: Check 2nd hand stores for other grills and they are not expensive, then you have spare parts!

I wouldn't suggest spray on Teflon - even if it can withstand high temperatures, in prolonged use the Teflon Spray you can buy isn't really supposed to be used for food prep. If the grill still works okay then keep the grill; prices of George Foreman grills have fallen due to Russell Hobbs who have brought out larger grills for the same cost.
I have a Foreman GRP99 that has a broken Grill Plate Handle. I called 1-800-233-9054, Fox-International, and ordered a new handle for $14.95 including Shipping. Maybe they have support advice? Dave in Ohio
unfortunately this is a common problem among these grills, your only option is to replace it unless you have an extended warranty... if you want to keep using it, you can use a scotchbrite or similar metal pad to get rid of most of the teflon coating. if you want to replace it because you love electric grilling and don't much like teflon flakes in your food, i would recommend that your next grill have stainless steel or cast iron grilling surfaces..
Unfortunately it sounds like your control board has fried. Also unfortunately the warranty is only for a year, however control board replacement should be easy and cheap enough - contact these guys for details;
The only reset is to unplug and plug back in again.
Hope this helps :)
