Casio exilim exs600

My casio does not turn on. I tried a new battery and tried to charge the batteries as well. the red light wentr on the first time I used it now nothing happens with the battery/charger and the camera. Please help

Hi. When I turned on my Casio exilim today, the LCD screen came on but then went dark after a few seconds. The battery is charged and the green power light is on but there is nothing on the LCD screen. Any suggestions ?

When the battery is in the charger it flashes red & won't charge, have no idea what problem is! Have casio exilim lithium ion NP-20 battery & a casio exilim 7.2 megapixels camera. Can't turn camera...

I called casio and they told me that when you have a red flashing light on the charger it means the lithium battery is no longer any good. They offered to send me one free of charge. It's been several weeks and I have yet to receive it.

CASIO EXILIM EX-Z70 BATTERY CHARGER IS FLASHING RED AND NOT CHARGING THE BATTERY

it wud flash red until it gets fully loaded..its normal...try charging for 90 mintutes..as that is when it is completely charged

Blinking light means charging error. Call tech support and they will replace battery for you for free.

Charge Flashing

the batteries lose their memory and need to be shocked back to life.. Here's the fix:

"Hi,I just found a soultion on another website and it appears to have worked for me.Apparently the battery loses it memory when fully discharged,to fix this take a 9v battery and place the terminals + to + and - to - with the camera battery for 30 seconds or so then put the battery back in the camera and charge as normal.I just did this and it seems to be charging and the red light is solid.hope this helps."

Battery will not hold a charge.

Casio says:

Red blinking light = defective battery

No flashing light = possible defective charger.

What you can do is send all your stuff into casio and they will test everything for you and see what they could replace for you.
