Altezza 3S GE not firing cylinder number 3 , check engine light and TRC OFF light showing plis help

What year is your Altezza? Misfires can be caused by a a few different things. Spark, Fuel and Compression. When I check for these I go through a set list of checks so I might suggest stuff you've already tried.
Have you had the vehicle scanned for OBD Trouble Codes? These will give clues to where the issue could be and if it is a sensor problem. If you get codes comment below with them and I'll try to help explain them.
Do you know if it is a single cylinder or a multiple cylinder misfire? A single misfire could be the spark plug or the coil pack firing it. A multiple misfire could be a faulty sensor.
Next check the fuel system, A 'sticky' or worn injector can cause regular and intermittent misfires.
Next your check for vacuum leaks.
Check the Mass Air Flow sensor as this can get dirty but this often throws a trouble code and turns on the check engine light.

check to see if there is a separate ect for the trans,scanner would be best if able to find a obd2 scan tool

Reading the impedance of the sensor means nothing, you must monitor the signal with a scan tool.

G'day zac, the codes mentioned don't really relate to a 2001 model, the first thing to check though is the fuses for the left bank heater circuit these codes will be there but no apparent difference in performance. Now, is the engine running rough or pinging as the 3s depicts the engine as a twin cam and these 2 codes would indicate that the cam positions are too far advanced. Best course of action would be to get a tradesman to plug in his trusty obd11 fault code scanner and see what comes up on the magic screen.

yes the solenoid will solve this problem due to the fact that if it is not opening on time it is not creating pressure in the right clutch and valve on the tiptronic system
