Question about Dell A940 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi, The cartridge clip for the black cartridge was broken off. In fact the boy also lost it. Just placing the ink cartrdige in it's slot doesn't produce black ink on paper. Red works fine. Any idea how to rig it or buy a new clip. Dell help desk was not very helpful Said we had to buy new printer. Thanks,
They would rather you buy a new one. You may try try following number, it to is Dell repair. *For prices and availability on spare parts for this system call 1-800-357-3355. It is a critical piece that is broken. Let me know what happens. Good Luck, Tim
