Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
For some reason i cant figure out for the life of me how to put pictures on myphillips gogear 30gb mp3 player, it says it supports picture files and when i "put" them on the device it says they have been synced to my device but they dont show up. i cant even take off the sample pictures that came with it. any idea would be appreciated, thank you.
The same thing was happening to me and somehow i got it to work this way. You have to make sure you have windows media player 10 and that you have both device manager and the philips plug in is installed i downloaded the latest device manager and philips plugin from the philips support site and installed it. so then when they are installed open windows media player 10 and then go to options and on the player tab put enable picture support for portable devices and once you have done that add the pictures to your sync window and sync the files and when the sync procces is done the philips device plug in will pop up and say updating picture file once that is done and when it is safe to disconnect it do so. and then go to pictures on your mp3 and they should be there this is how it worked for me i dont think it will work with WMP11 so try this meathod and hopefully it will work

I had the same problem, I went to the phillips support site for this player and had to literally uninstall and reinstall windows media player 10. Also, make sure that the plugin is installed and not just the device manager software. ( Go to control panel, and then add and remove programs - and look to see that you have BOTH the device manager and the plugin installed.) if you need to install the plugin it can be found at this link:
