Try to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player Active X and Plug in and then reinstall it as there could be traces of previous versions in the computer which are interfering and making it difficult for the browsers to properly display videos on your computer. You can do this from the computer user settings and manipulating the "Add/Remove" programs list.
-- Try to use Flash Player 9 is your Flash Player 10 is not working fine. You can simply download it from the Adobe web site.
-- Update the drivers, the link is given below which would ask you to download the file through internet and run it on your computer.
-- The problem behind the Shockwave Flash crash could be your sound drivers. Follow these steps:
1) Open Device Manager
2) Look for the sound-card device
3) Note down the name for that device
4) Just uninstall the it.
5) After uninstalling restart your machine.
6) Your Windows 7 or Windows Vista would automatically download and reinstall the sound driver. You can also do it manually through approaching the sound card company's web site.

Possible resolvments.
1. Devices require one browser at a time internet 7 or internet 8.
Important notes includes that internet 8 would be an improved version than internet 7. Possibilities are that the computer would least function properly with both or requires that one be compromised for the another.
