Question about Zenith C27V36 27" TV

1 Answer

Jumpy picture Hello, This problem just started tonight. The picture is jumpy. The jumps are small but constant and distracting. It also looks like there are brief periods where there are less lines of resolution. The problem exists when we use Direct TV or the dvd player. We have no other inputs in use. The picture seems to jump less with the dvd player. This TV was purchased 12/19/03. Is there any hope for this patient? Thanks in advance for your assistance

If this set uses a picture tube then your problem may be in the vertical deflection circuit. Also an unstable power supply will cause this problem. Stargazer

My toledo v5 has a jumpy idle ive changed maf sensor cleaned throttle body changed engine temp sender still no luck jumps between 600-1200 rpm on idle never stalls thanks for any help

Do you perhaps have a small exhaust leak? Check ahead of the O2 sensor. If the exhaust can **** fresh air in it can't give the computer an accurate reading and the engine will rev up and down at idle. Hope this helps.

RCA d56w20 changes aspect size and picture appears jumpy

Thats caused by the small signal board, which is actually a board known to fail when the aspect changes on its own like that. You can get replacement small signal boards at www.tvrepairworld.com

Jumpy Video

I had the same problem while watching back thru Quicktime. Other post I have read people are having this issue on macs. Seems this is an Apple issue and not a Flip issue. When I play back thru windows Media Player everything is fine.

DVD sound crackly and Jumpy

your audio board in this unit has burning out. It is located under the back cover. remove the screws, look for a small board with the wires comming from your speakers. If you see a small 3inch board with smearing burn marks on it, its dying fast. Must e replaced. To confirm, remove the 4 screws and look on the back side. If burnt on back real bad. Tah-dah theres your problem. Google the boards numerical stamp id number, and look 4 replacement should work great from there.
