The electric oven doesn't bake evenly. The range is level and the heating element heats fine. There seems to be a lot of heat that goes up through the top of the stove. The stove is a simple Whirlpool about 2 years old and has done this since new. Suggestions or ideas are welcome. Thanks.
Back plate inside oven may be distorted or some of the vents blocked with crud

My whirlpool electric range Mdl.RF385PXP oven does not heat evenly,i when baking, it cooks faster on the bottom than it does on top, appreacate any

top element works fine, bake element not baking.
Burners work fine. Oven generates heat, but not a sufficient amount for baking. Not all heating elements seem to glow during baking procedures.
Oven light that it's heating does not light up
cook top and oven will not heat. All electrical element such as clock fan and lights do work.
