Water problem My machine is not holding the water. It is draining as fast as it is filling. It has worked fine for over 3 years so I am wondering if it is a valve and how do I get to it in order to fix it?

I agree with him the drain hose needs to be as high at the top of the washer preferally with the hose making a u shape like a plumbers loop also make sure that the drain hose has plenty of room inthe drain pipe that its not shoved it there real tight believe it or not it will work for a long time but all ofa sudden it will stop
