Question about Samsung SCX-4100 All-In-One Laser Printer

Samsung scx4100 just failed work power to printer by checking all leads it's wireless from belkin,red light on showing fault.

thanks 4 that but their seems 2 a dead short a friend took the back off 2 2amp fuses 1 had blown replaced it just blew going 2 have it looked at by local chap let you know result 4 future. cheers

Check for any paused or failed print jobs. 1)Cancel or delete them. 2)Reboot computer. 3)Shutdown the printer for a few minutes. 4)Turn-off printer and computer, wait 5 minutes, turn on printer|turn on computer. Let me know more information if you can. Thanks Tim

It doesnt anything and it keep showing the red light and not printing plz solve my problem

Check with the smart panel software. It should show you what the printer fault that makes the red light come on.

Unable to configure my wireless belkin N150

As i understand you have a router provided by your ISP: MTNL, you need to configure the Belkin router in Dynamic mode and not in PPPoE. Then restart the devices by unplugging the power from MTNL router and Belkin. Wait for 20 secs, then power up MTNL router 1st, wait for all lights to get steady and finally power up the Belkin wireless router. Then you will find the modem and internet light lit up properly.

How do I install my scx4100 printer? I lost the CD for this.

here try installing your printer, choose from these drivers... don't forget to disconnect first the printer from your computer before installing this driver.

I have a belkin N wireless router,got it 15days back.few days back its not showing any connection waht might the problems,tried connecting it to different power plugs.

The unit maybe faulty. Connecting different power plugs (adapters) may cause the Belkin to fail if the power adapters are not the correct voltage and polarity.

Belkin Router problem

Hi,

A red light on your belkin router means its already busted as you decribe other lights are not ON at all. In all other types of modems and routers Red LED light on it mean synching up and if more than 20 secs with a red light is already considered busted.

Note: You may also check your phone cable rj11 , power surges, defective phone jack.

Lose wireless internet when printer is on.

the only thing that connects the printer to the internet fault is the fact that the printer and your belkin are both usb connected. If you are using a laptop then it could be a usb power problem and the motherboard is disconnecting the belkin adapter for some reason, the only one i can think of is a power problem. The same can apply to a desktop pc if there is a usb problem Firsly i assume you are using the belkin software to connect the usb adapter to the router, so on your taskbar on the right there is normally the little aerial type icon for the belkin adapter and a little pc screen showing the connection also, if you right click on one of theses icons you should get a line reading 'enable windows WZC', if you do get the option enable it and try using the windows connection software instead of the belkin as it may stop the disconnecting. Also ensure that when you installed the software to your printer your firewall and antivirus was dissabled as certain elements to the driver may not have been installed. Lasly, try using different usb ports if you have spare ones, with both the printer and the adapter as sometimes the chip on the board may be instructing the usb ports incorrectly as to which is required first, as windows asks for certain things eg input/output ports to be used first,in other words the IRQ (interupt request) may be causing the problem.
