I read in some website that it is possible to retreive back the setting or installed programs after doing a rom update or resetting the phone thru a program which i need to execute.
But unfortunately i lost the page(the link to download the software) & could not get it.
Can you guys please help me in this regards,

Re: Retreive the setting after ROM Update
It is not recomandable that you do that. After a ROM update the registry configuration is changed, the hexazecimal SEEM components (interface between a flash ROM and the firmware) have different offset values. Altrought there may be ways to restore programs and settings, there will be bugs that will occur. They can vary from simple program errors to wide system crash. I don't recomand such interventions. I've tested some of those programs for PDA's, windows enabled phones, or things such that, but with no real and trouble free results. Many claim that they can do this, in some way the restore process will actually work, but in future .. there will be problems.
Please post back for further informations, or if you really want to restore a part of your old backup configuration.

there is aproblum with your memory stick so in this case its not possible to retreive your data but one try to lode this folder in your computer if retrave then ok other wise change your memory stick with new one
if the computer reads the hard drive and data but does not transfer it it may be a space issue otherwise if its reading nothing it may be a connection issue cause by lose wires or a faulty port ensure you have the drivers for the external installed and windows updated
Download PCInspector from www.konvar.com.
Install the program.
Connect up the camera to show the card[or do you use a card reader?]
Run the program care fully follow the prompts.
Save images to a folder on the computer.
