I loaded my disc but, it never worked connecting my scanner. Would apprciate any help that anyone can give me. I need this scanner for my business. Thank you
I've used this scanner on both Windows Vista and 7 by running the driver installation from the original disk in Windows XP compatibility mode and then plugging the scanner in to the computer.
Unfortunately, it seems that your scanner is not supported in Vista.

You are going to grab a new scanner or downgrade to XP.

The Only other way to get it too work with vista is too use a virtual Enviroment like VMWare Workstation & Ms Virtual PC & install a copy of XP in a Virtual Machine then you can use it if u got a fast enough Machine. its a bit of F*u#k Arsing about but its the only way to avoid Purchasing a new scanner
