First you have to check if the bluetooth is universal or works with your mobile phone; if it does then it could be that your phone has been set not to be visible to any device. You can change that by going to the bluetooth settings or option and change the visibility setting.

Need to pair my nokia5310 to plantronics explorer 210

You don't mention if this is your first time pairing the headset, you will need to turn on your blue tooth on your cell phone, the light on the headset should come on flashing red/blue. If it does not refer to sub pairing instructions below. The cell phone should find the headset. 2XX Plantronics in your list. If the pass key is needed it is (four zeros). Second time pairing or more than one device, turn on bluetooth feature, headset turned on, press and hold the call button for about 5-6 seconds. Release button and set headset aside. On cell phone hit bluetooth menu, search for add device. The cell phone should find the headset.

Good luck from Headsets Direct - 800-914-7996.

My mobiles bluetooth software is not working

Hey welcome to fixya. i hope you 'll be fine. Dear the query you posted is not a big problem, because of some reasons this 'll usually happen. First of all u have to check your blue tooth settings. You 'll go in the settings of your mobile and then in Connectivity. First option 'll there is Bluetooth, open. Check it out there that your phone's visbility should be " Shown to all" if it is not then open it and set that phone's visibilty " Shown to all".
Second thing is it can be occur when the no of paired devices is extent to its limit so delete one or two paired devices if there is any, by going in paired devices which is also in blue tooth settings. and then make a paired device from whom u want to connect.
i hope these solution 'll solve your problem. Hope for the best always :))
IF u like the solution or way to solve the problem please do rate me :))

Earpiece not working after hooking it up with a bluetooth speaker

Go to Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
The paired devices will be shown.
Delete paired device or unpair device .
This should solve the issue .

Since the mobile is paired with the Bluetooth speaker every time a call comes in the phone automatically connects to the Bluetooth speaker.

Switching off the Bluetooth speaker may also work.

I am unable to pair my bluetooth with nokia 5310 music xpress

Be sure the the headset in in 'Pairing' mode.
When in pairing mode, the light should be flashing red and blue or have a steady blue.
The put most headsets in pairing mode, turn headset OFF, then hold the power button until it goes into pairing mode as discribed above.
Then you can discover it with your phone or PC. Pin (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros) or try 1111, 1234, 9999

Pairing Problem

It may be that the phone does not play music through bluetooth and that it only plays through the earphones that come with the phone. The only way to find out is to read the documentation on the phone or try another bluetooth headset, really. The headset cannot be faulty as it pairs correctly and it works with calls. Bluetooth headsets are not really intended for playing music as it drastically reduces battery life.
