I bought this crappy product and half the time the battery i have to take the battery out because it freezes. Now all of a sudden it goes to the language setup everytime it boots up. If i try to change settings like the usb or play a song it just goes to white and then sandisk screen and back to the language setup. Taking the battery out doesnt work because it does the same thing. I cant format because the pc wont recognize the player. The usb cable works fine with my other sandisk but its the cable that did come with the problem sandisk. So anyone know if i can fix this or would it be under manufacture warranty. I can understand if i dropped it or something but to have it do that all of sudden for no reason makes for a pretty crappy product.
No holding down the power button solution wont work. Already tried that. Its not a problem that it freezes and wont restart, the problem is it that it freezes on anything you select and then restarts with the sansdisk logo and goes back to language setup. It will do that no matter what you select.
Wen it freezes just hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
