Try playing the speakers at a friends house or something to see if you blow their fuse. If you don't then you know for sure that you need a bigger fuse, but if you do then it's the speaker.

Don't know,but I doubt each different speaker would be fused

Something NO ONE seems to understand IS

Look at an actual fuse
They are no more than a piece of wire
They don't do anything

They just sit there and wait for high current
flow,that causes them to get hot & melt,thus
breaking or opening the circuit they protect.

If a fuse ever opens or blows you DO NOT replace it

You find out why it blew,you have problems down steam
in the wiring.

May be a fuse inside blown , if it makes a loud pop that can take out a fuse, If you find one blown , replace with same type and try machine .Dont replace with higher rated fuse though , if it keeps blowing. Try using headphones and if you get sound , may be speakers.

what kind of amp fosgate was bad for blowing the fuse inside check to make sure all your wires are connected and no breaks

What type instrument is it? Yamaha makes a bunch of different ones. Specify a mdel number.

hello, it seems that you may have a bad ground on your amp? turn everything off(pull amp fuse at battery) and go to the amp ground and clean paint away to bare metal! secure ground tight and make sure the car battery is not low voltage! this may stop the pulse! the sound problem of no sound in speakers, if still there! make sure the speakers are not shorts or pinched to ground! this could damage the amp! hope this helps, good luck!

A lot of Amps come with fuses as a safety mechanism so you don't blow the speaker and/or internal components in the case of a power surge etc. Check for a blown fuse. Sometimes they have a fuse holder in the back of the amp and it is labelled "fuse" which cetainly makes it easier to find. Hope this works and helps.
