Doors also can be jammed by objects that have been placed on the dash and have disappeared down the defroster ducts. The cure here is to extract the object from the plenum by fishing through the heater outlet with a coat hanger or magnet - or removing the plenum.

Try replacing the horn fuse or relay to make sure you're getting a good supply of power. Check wiring connections at the horn to make sure they're clean, not corroded, etc. Figure out where the ground wire from the horn (usually black) connects to the body or wiring harness and check that connection. A bad ground can cause the problem you describe.

Disconnect the battery negative terminal. Remove the one large and one small wires from the starter. Starter is secured to transmission with one bolt and one nut/lockwasher. I think they are 9/16" fasteners.

its called the headliner. and you can fix it yourself but it is a pain. you can have it done for about $75 at a shop
