Your Exit trays hit something did some one leave a trash can or boxes under the exit trays!!!!!!!. Now you need to get a Qualified Konicaminolta tech out to reset the output trays to there proper positions, have to remove the Elevation drive system with out the trayas slamming into the bottom of the finisher, quite complex to do that why I recommend a qualified tech

The copiers CPU is equipped with a self diagnostics function that on detecting a malfunction,gives the corresponding malfunction code on the touch panel.Resetting a malfunction:
- Press the trouble reset switch on the technical representative setting switches board to reset fusing and exposure lamp related malfunctions.(code: C400,410,420-expo;C500,510,520-fusing unit)
- For any other malfunctions,open and close the front door or turn OFF and ON the power switch.
C1441 CCD failure(clamp adjustment failure).
Reset the malfunction,check that the original glass is properly installed.Check for extraneous light and check to see if CCD Assy and mirrors are installed at the correct position.If the same malfunction is detected again,change image processing board.

Hi katienash,

C-0F36 on the bizhub C350 means the machine has registered a really low toner density in the Black
Imaging Unit. I'd take the unit out, give it a shake and pop it back in. Also worth checking you have some Black Toner in it.

What is the MAKE & MODEL? I'm guessing you have a Minolta??? You need to clean the drum unit & the ATDC sensor or replace the OPC

May want to check the stapling unit and hole punch. To reset open close front door. After openclosing finisher door
