You can either stop by a corporate verizon store with a tech department, or you can call customer service and talk to a technical representative in the warranty department. They will ship you a phone with 2day shipping. Once you receive your phone, you can activate it at the store, online, or over the phone. You keep your old battery on your new replacement phone, and mail your broken phone back in the box with the prepaid shipping label included.
The liquid damage indicator is on the back of your phone near the bottom, where the metal ports are. It should have a checked pattern on it, rather than being smudged or an entirely pinkish color.
