Question about Toastmaster 1183N Bread Maker
The dough blade is stuck it wont come out how do i get it out i all so need a manual
I had the same problem, repeatedly, with my machine. I called the company and the Customer Service Representative told me to just leave the padddle in place. I soak the pan with warm water after I remove the bread, then clean around the paddle and shaft with a nylon scrubber. It works fine and I have been doing this for over 3 years. A word of caution; my efforts to remove the paddle before I called the company caused nicks in the clear non-stick coating. I had to spend some time recently removing the clear coating from the paddle, it was peeling in sheets and I was concerned about it ending up in my bread.

I had the same problem. I had to take it apart: remove the lock washer on the bottom of the pan and pull the whole blade assembly out. Then grab on to the bottom end of the post with a pair of vicegrip pliers and wiggle the blade until it comes out.

Sorry no luck with a free online manual but if you don't mind paying then you could get a manual here. http://stores.ebay.com/The-Breadmaker-Guru_Toastmaster-Breadmaker-Manuals_W0QQcolZ4QQdirZQ2d1QQfsubZ6704557QQftidZ2QQtZkm Best I can think of for removing the dough bade is to pour boiling water on it, leave it to soak for a bit then empty the water out and try and pull it off while hot (gloves).if no luck then try doing the same with iced water with some ice to try and cool it down really quickly. Hope this helps :)
