A common mistake beginner poker playersare doing is playing too many hand with mediocre hand and not really knowingwhat they are doing in the hand, carried away by the thrill of the game, andspending much money. When starting out it's smarter not to depend on luck.Stick to the high hands that are more of a sure bet. Statistics show thatleading players only play between 20-30% of their beginning hands.Additionally, when you're an outsider you can watch a game with a clear mindbecause you won't have anything invested in it. My suggestion to you is tostart of playing high hand and in the hand you sit-out test the table and sensewho's bluffing a lot and who's a tight player which will give you indication onhow to play against different players around the table.

Rules for dominoes

Players: Two, three or four may play the game of Dominoes. If four are playing the game, it may be played as a partnership (the two players sitting opposite one another are partners).
The Shuffle: To begin the dominoes are placed face down and "shuffled." Players draw one domino. The player drawing the highest double or if no double, the highest domino plays first. Re-shuffle and then begin drawing the first hand.
Drawing: Each player then draws seven dominoes for his hand. The remaining dominoes (the boneyard), if any, are left face down on the table to be drawn later if a player is unable to play from his hand.
Begin Play: The player who drew the highest double or the highest domino plays first, playing any domino he wishes from his had.
Object of the game: Scoring points by laying the dominoes end to end (the touching ends must match: i.e., one's touch one's, two's touch two's, etc.). If the dots on the exposed ends total any multiple of five the player is awarded that number of points. All sides of the first double (the spinner) may be used one piece to each side and later one to each end. All other doubles are played at right angles to the line and the total points on both ends are counted. Dominoing occurs when one player goes out by playing all of his dominoes. The sum of the spots of all opposing players is computed and added to the dominoing player's score (rounded to the nearest five). In partnership play the spots of the partner of the one who "DOMINOED" are not counted.
Blocking the Game: If in the course of the game it is impossible for any of the players to play, the game is "Blocked." The player (or partners) having the least spots in his (or their combined) hand(s) scores the total of the spots in the opponents' hands (rounded to the nearest five). The score of 250 points is usually considered a game. The first person (or partnership) to score this amount wins the game. Shuffle and begin a new game. The player who won plays first.

Lost my rules for my five alive card game

SET UP
Place one set of "A-L-I-V-E" cards (color coded) in front of each player. Set aside unused "A-L-I-V-E" cards.
Shuffle the deck.
Deal out 10 cards to each player.
Place the remainder of the deck face-down in the center of the table.
Play proceeds clockwise, starting left of dealer.
WHAT HAPPENS
Players take turns playing a card onto the discard pile.
If it is a number card, add it to the running total. If this would take the total above 21, instead of playing it, you must flip over an "A-L-I-V-E" card.
If it is a WILD card, follow the appropriate instructions.
If it is your last card, the hand is over. All other players flip over an "A-L-I-V-E" card.

DRAW: All other players must pick up 1 card from the face-down deck. Counts as 0 to the running total.

DRAW 2: All other players must pick up 2 cards from the face-down deck. Count as 0 to the runing total.

PASS ME BY: Play passes to the next player in the rotation. Count as 0 to the running total.

REVERSE: Play now proceeds in an opposite direction, left to right and vice versa. If played when only two players are left, it is treated as a PASS ME BY card. Counts as 0 to the running total.

SKIP: The next player is ignored and play proceeds to the following player. If played with only two players, the player of the card would get an immediate new turn. Counts as 0 to the running total.

=21: No matter what the total was, it is now 21. Can be played when the score is already 21, when it has no effect, but avoids a penalty.

=10: The running total is now 10.

HAND IN & RE-DEAL: All players hand their cards to the player of the card. He must shuffle all the hands, including his own and re-deal them to the players.
He does not include the face down deck or the discards. He should start dealing to his left. If new hands are unequal, bad luck. Play continues as normal, but the running total is reset to 0. If this card is the last card played from a players hand, the round is over.

BOMB: When played, all other players must immediately discard a 0. If they can't, they must flip an "A-L-I-V-E" card. Running total is reset to 0.
Note: other WILD cards with a value of 0 cannot be substituted.
WINNING
The last player with an "A-L-I-V-E" CARD face up is the winner.
ALTERNATIVE SUDDEN DEATH ENDING
As soon as one player flips all "A-L-I-V-E" cards, the game ends. The player
with the most "A-L-I-V-E" cards remaining is the winner.
If there is a tie, the tied players add the total value of the number cards
remaining in their hand. The player with the lowest total wins.
ALTERNATIVE TEAM PLAY
FOR 4 TO 6 PLAYERS. DIVIDE INTO 2 TEAMS.
Team members sit alternately around the table.
Each team uses only one set of "A-L-I-V-E" cards.
All WILD cards operate as before: For example, when playing the BOMB, your team might flip several "A-L-I-V-E" cards, if the players don't have a "0".
When a player plays his last card, the opposing team loses only one life.
Play continues as normal until a team flips all "A-L-I-V-E" cards.

I have lost my instructions to Uno Attack & would like to know what the various specialty cards mean (e.g. I know the arrows means reverse)

Here are the meanings of the specialty cards in UNO Attack:
Arrow card - Reverses the direction of play (clockwise to counterclockwise or vice versa).
Plus 2 cards - Forces the next player to draw 2 cards.
Skip card - Makes the next player miss their turn.
Reverse card - Reverses the direction of play.
Swap Hands card - The player exchanges hands with the player of their choice.
Miss Turn card - The playing player skips their own next turn.
Plus 4 cards - The next player draws 4 cards.
Equalizer card - All players but the playing player must discard down to the number of cards the playing player has.
Joker card - Can be played as any card of the player's choice.
Attack card - Another card is played on top of this player's original card. The effect stacks.
So in summary - arrows, reverses, skips, plus cards make others draw, swap hands, miss turns, equalizer resets hands, jokers are wild, and attacks combine card effects. Hope this helps refresh the mechanics!

Cant find game rules. dont know how to play thank you

The rules to Cadaco Tripoley Dice Game include:

1) Either divide the chips up equally between all of the players, or if you are playing for money, each player buys chips. Each round starts with every player placing one chip on each section of the Tripoley board. The sections of the board are:
  • Pot
  • Kitty
  • 10
  • Jack
  • King Queen
  • Queen
  • King
  • Ace
  • 8-9-10 All One Suit
2) The dealer shuffles a regulation deck of playing cards, jokers removed making a 52 card deck, and deal each player, and one extra hand, cards one-by-one until all of the cards are distributed. Depending on the number of players, some players may have one more card than others. This does not matter as the deal rotates around the table each hand and the extra cards will even out. The extra hand is not used in the basic game. It can come into play in one of the most popular variations.

3) The players who have "money cards" now collect the chips in each section. In the basic game the money cards are all Hearts, with the exception of the 8-9-10. For example, the player with the Queen of Hearts collects the chips in that section. The only section that may be a tie is the 8-9-10 section. If this is the case, the players who tie split the chips.

4) Each player then chooses their best 5 card poker hand for the next round. The dealer opens the action by checking or betting. Play continues to the left with each player either folding, calling the bet or raising. Once the last player to act calls, the best poker hand wins the pot section and all of the bets. In the case of a tie, they are split.

5)
Players now place their poker hands back with the rest of their cards and the dealer places the lowest card in his or her hand face up on the table or board. Each player is required to play their cards starting with the next card of the same suit. For example, the dealer plays the Two of Clubs. The player with the Three of Clubs places it on the table, then the player with the Four of Clubs, etc. Play continues this way until one of the cards is missing, caused by the dead hand, or the Ace of the suit is played. The player who played the last card must then play the lowest card from any other suit in their hand. If they are unable to change suits the action passes to the player to the left, who must change suits. The first player to play every hand in his or her hand wins the chips in the Kitty section. Each other player pays the winner one chip for each card remaining in their hand. This concludes the round. The player to the dealers left becomes the new dealer and each player ante's a chip to each section of the board again.
The game ends when the players decide to stop either by prearrangement or agreement or when one player has all of the chips. To distribute any chips that remain on the board at the end, deal five cards to each player for a last round of poker. The best hand wins the remaining chips.
