Hi,
Try opening the tray when the sytem is not turned on, how you can do that is take a paper clip straighten the pin straight up to 4 inches then insert that in the pin hole located under the cd tray which is not getting opened. Push the paperclip in till the tray dont come out. once the tray is out then take the cd out which is stuk in there. This should resolve the issue

First, try this:- Go to my computer>properties>hardware>device manager and look down the list for your cd/dvd drives and click the '+' sign then highlight your dvd drive and right click to delete. Restart the pc and windows will find the drive again automatically and install the drivers. If that doesn't work, take off the side of the pc and and look to the back of your burner. You will see an ide cable connected to the back, either try a new cable or try the cable that is connected to the hard disk drive, as there will be another connector available. If you do use the burner on the same cable as your HDD then you will have to set the jumper on the back of the burner to slave. It could be a bad cable or faulty ide motherboard connection.
