First of all, do not save any new file to camera's memory card.

Take out memory card, and connect it to computer using a card reader. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
Download this photo recovery software

Install and open the photo recovery software, select the memory card, and click 'Start' button.

Digital camera is the handy and portable device that helps us in capturing the special moments in our day- to- day life. However, those valuable pictures and memorable things can be lost due to sudden corruption in digital camera. Also, if the user accidentally deletes the pictures, he/ she cannot get them back once they are deleted. So, to retrieve deleted and lost images, efficient photo recovery utilities are used which instantly recover the lost pictures.Try Kernel for Windows Data Recovery an efficient tool to recover images from digital camera. First take the memory card out of the camera. Pictures that have been deleted are probably still there, but will be overwritten if you take any more pictures on top of them.

Your camera is not able to undelete pictures, but there are programs for doing this on a computer. You can put the memory card into a card reader attached to a computer, and use an undelete program to recover the deleted files. Undelete programs are available for free download from the internet, try the one at THIS LINK

If the pictures are very important to you, you might want to seek help from an experienced person.

It's saying that because the lock switch on your memory card is in the 'locked' position, take it out and slide the small switch on the side to 'unlocked' (open padlock sign) position. then reinsert it and check.

Hi sog_eudonna,

All you need to do is follow the below steps :-

Make sure that the camera is switched on ,

Install the sanyo software or driver which comes along with the camera ,

If you don't have the drivers , then , connect your camera to your computer in mass storage mode.

Mass storage mode can be selected from your camera as soon as you plug in your camera to you computer's USB port , but make sure that you have the camera switched on.

When you connect via the MASS STORAGE mode , you would be able to see a removable drive in your my computer option and hence you can open it and then find all your images inside.

Then select the images you want to copy and paste them either on your desktop or any other folder on your hard disk.

Hope this helps ..:) Let me know in case you have any queries.

Card error

Your camera wants you to format the card in the camera. This will completely erase the card so, if you have pictures on it, download them first using a card reader if necessary.

I need to find the battery cover for my camera its a sanyo vpc-s880 the one on my camersa broke

Hi

Easiest place for a part like this is Ebay. Here is a lot of 3 VPC-S800 cameras for parts with a day left to go and a bid of 2 dollars!

http://cgi.ebay.com/4H-Lot-of-3-Sanyo-VPC-S880-8-1MP-Digital-Camera-AS-IS_W0QQitemZ350245937651QQcmdZViewItemQQptZDigital_Camera_Accessories?hash=item518c48e1f3&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

Otherwise these parts could be difficult enough to obtain. You will need to put in a special order as these will not be carried in normal stock.

I have used these guys before for special orders. Try this email and hopefully you might just get a result
