We have an stainless steel side by side Electrolux fridge and the freezer sise is fine but the fridge side keeps getting too warm reaching temps of 70 degrees...We adjust the temp settings and it sometimes goes down but not all the time. Then one time the fridge side got down to 19 degrees and cracked the water filter....So we checked the vents and We hear the fan blowing in the freezer side but cant figure out what else to do....And it has also iced over the whole fridge side then melted putting water on everything....what do We do???

On a side by side unit, the freezer actually cools the refrigerator side of the unit by the use of a "damper" door or switch. Check this between both doors for any ice blockage or damage and go from there. You might need to contact a professional to diagnose the entire unit if you don't "see" any issues.

Electrolux icon side by side fridge is flashing E and F instead of holding the temp for the freezer and fridge. How can I fix this?

Hello Debbie Zymet - Typically error code E and F indicates that there is an error with the evaporator fan in the refrigerator compartment and fan in freezer. I would suggest contacting a professional move forward accurately for proper diagnosing and repair.

Fridge not keeping cold..

Check the coils underneath the fridge. Carefully vacuum and brush the coils clean. Usually there is a condenser fan near the compressor and condenser and a evaporator fan in the freezer. Make sure they both are turning.
