How old is it? If over a year the feed clutch spring needs to be replaced, and or the pick-up roller. Parts are cheap, but a big job to do if you have no experience. I charge about 100.00 parts and labor to do that repair.

Paper keeps jaming when trying to print fax it

If the jam is consistent with exiting the drum, there's a chance the drum isn't secure and is the paper is getting caught on the exposed area of the drum. If this isn't the case, there may be paper caught in the feeder wheels.

Carefully read the user manual given with the AIO. Check the settings to keep the AIO in "FaxTel" or "Fax" mode to receive incoming faxes.

My incoming call always jump into fax line

Change the fax to answer on the fifth ring or more. Check that the settings are not on 'fax only'. You can have the answer machine pick up on the third ring, just have the fax answer two rings later.
