He 2 are a little similar to all H E washer ,, it has spring clamps (2) remove and install them same way

door boot not eady to install,, if you can but machine on a 45 tipp back and place 4x4 wood to hold in front it has a clamp remove ,, now there is another clamp once u can remove boot ,,

  • Also the door Latch assembly may be defective. Check & replace as necessary.

Took apart my He2 washer to see why it was leaking. Looks like a small tear in the rubber bellows close to where the dispenser tube enters (in front). I guess the bellows will have to be replaced. I was...
the bellows do tear and you will want to consult the Warrentee on that point several are recalled on the point of the wiring harness there should be no significant issue but the door switch is probably the issue . this is where the sensor and door lock is try reseating this and trying the power again

How do I go about replacing the door seal (bellows) on my kenmore elite washer?

A replacement bellow (if required) can be purchased at any of the following web sites:

NOTE: The manufacturer recommends that you leave the door OPEN between washes to, not only allow the bellow to keep from becoming permanently stretched, but also to allow the wash tub to breath to prevent mold and mildew from forming. This will extend the life of the bellow and minimize any odors in your washer.

How do I stop my Kenmore front loader from leaking around the door. I have a Kenmore HE 2plus front loader
If this is a Kenmore FRONT LOADER you need to remove the lower toe panel directly below the door to inspect the cabinet interior for the source of your leak. The following link explains:

The most common source of leaks on a front loader is the rubber door bellow. The bellow can develop cracks, rips or tears with age and needs to replaced. The following link explains how:

I pulled bellow boot out from door with the bellow clamp
you can try to do it from inside but difficult if you never have done it

I opened the door on my he2 plus 1104751 and a large retain type wire with a spring was there. I assume this goes around the tub seal to hold it on tight?
Yes, it is used to secure the bellows (door side) of the gasket to the cabinet. If the loop is still intact, you can use a pair of needle nose pliers to reinstall the retaining wire onto the gasket.

If the wire loop is broken, you'll want to get a replacement ASAP to prevent leaking and to prevent damaging the gasket too. They're available from searspartsdirect.com or you can check for a local parts supplier if you wish.

If it's stackable, you'll want to start by removing the dryer.
Open the door and remove the outer bellow spring around the bellow to release it from the cabinet lip. At this point lean the machine back to give more space between the drum and the cabinet.
Remove the kickplate for easier access and to visually check for leaks later.
At the top/right of the bellows (close to the tub) loosen the bellow to tub clamp and pull out the bellow.
Install the new bellow starting at the top by aligning the marks. Work your way around until bellows is properly seated snug against the tub.
Replace the tub to bellow clamp and tighten it (make sure the bellow stays snug against the tub while tightening the clamp). Once in place, lay the machine back to level and reinstall the front of the bellows to the cabinet with the outer bellow spring clamp.
With towels handy (just in case), let the machine fill and agitate for a few minutes and check for water leaks. If all is well, re-install the kickplate and wash some laundry.

Kenmore Bellow Replacement
Make sure the drain holes are clear in the bottom of the bellow. Also, make sure the bellow is aligned properly. There should have been an alignment arrow at the 12 o'clock position. Hope this helps.

Why can't I cancel the automatic cycle setting on my dryer. Console is set on Bulky/Bedding cycle for 64 minutes. When I press Pause/Cancel all the console lights go out then come back on to the same cycle setting when I release the cancel button. If I open the door the check lint filter light goes out, but comes back on if I try cancel again. Whwn I push start the dryer starts and heats and dries clothes, counts down to 0 then when that is done, instead of going off, it resets to the 64 minute bulky/bedding cycle. None of the other cycle select buttons except "Timed Dry" do anything at all. When I push timed dry it shows 40 minutes and then goes back to the 64 minute bulky setting when I release it. If I push start while still holding the timed dry button it seems to start a normal timed dry cycle. It heats and dries fine. When that cycle is done it sets up again for the 64 minute bulky cycle.
