How do I reset it?
I never put lock code on my garmin and now saying put in code wont let me use my garmin
The reset button on my Garmin c340 is behind the plastic trim around the front. You will see a small indent for a fingernail or something like that along the inside at the top lift up at that point and it should come off no problem
There is usually a small hole somewhere on such units that lets you insert a paper clip or a pen to reset. It is often marked reset, but not always. Look for a round hole about 1mm diameter or less. On a Garmin such as yours it should be on the back. It might actualluy be to small for a paper clip, to you might try a safety pin or soething thinner. Make sure the hole isn't a speaker, as you might ruin it by putting a paperclip in. Also check your manual to see where the reset hole is located. It should state this in the trouble shooting section. My TomTom Go 700 has the reset hole on the mounting bracket on the underside.

My c340 won't turn on. After the reset button is pushed, it will turn on for approximately one second, one time only, and then remain unresponsive after that. We do not use it often, and keep it charged, so hopefully it isn't a battery issue.
