Shortly after the spin cycle starts, I get a can't spin or unbalanced load error. There is also a few inches of water when I open the lid. Spin cycle works fine if the washer is empty or I wring out all the clothes and drain washer, then replace clothes. Not exactly what i spent all that money for...
We have the same problem, machine constantly goes out of balance. Repair guy came buy and said to make sure we wash a full load. The machine was working fine until a few weeks ago, we wash about 2-3 loads a day. Repair guy said all systems checked out ok suggested it was our problem (user) also said there might be a recall but all I can find is the recall for front load neptunes. My suggestion is to either return the machine or never buy it.
I have the same problem they can not fix it so dont waste your money on a repair guy they just run it through a dianostic test and tell you that you are no using the machine properly
I'm not familiar with this washer, but if there is water in the drum when it comes to the spin cycle chances are that it won't spin. The likely cause of water left in the drum would be that it is not emptying fast enough, so you might check the pump for a blockage, or if there is a filter check that for some obstruction like fluff, coins, or small items of clothing which can sometimes get drawn through from the drum. Tom.
This error code indicates that an unbalanced load is detected.
Click the following to learn more about unbalanced loads in the BravosTM washers. The example is for an impeller washer but is applicable to washers with agitators.
Is the wash load balanced? If the load is unbalanced, the washer will display this code while attempting to balance the load at the end of the wash cycle and before the final spin. If the code remains and the wash cycle dial is flashing after the recovery routine has stopped, open lid and redistribute the load. Close lid and press Start/Pause. Is the washer level? Does the washer rock when pushed against the corners? If the washer is not level, the washer may be more sensitive to unbalanced loads. The washer must be level from side to side and from front to back. The front and rear feet must be in firm contact with the floor. Make sure the locknuts are tightened. See the Installation Instructions for details. To remove the error display, press Power/Cancel or Pause/Cancel once.

Since the washer was still under warranty with Sears, we had a repairman come out. He replaced the clutch, pressure switch and tub displacement sensor. The machine runs well now, and is noticeably quieter.
the washer will not go through an entire cycle without becoming unbalanced. happens regardless of load size or spin speed.
spin light on but water wont come in washer and lid load light on
water does not drain completely. when restarted you can hear water draining but as soon as it start to spin it flashes a Uc code. re-distributing the load does not help.
washer started fine ,washed clothes, drained water but when it was time to spin , washer just stopped and the spin light stays on
washer will spin and drain water but will not go into high speed spin to wring out clothes. Load is balanced. It won't spin fast even when empty.
IT DOESN'T WANT TO SPIN OR DRAIN THE WATER OUT OF THE CLOTHES
