Ok, everytime I turn on my Sansa m240, it gets to the very first page where you read:
And there it will stay, not loading, not running, nothing.
No buttons work, and I can't even turn it off without removing the batery.
I tried plugging it into my computer as if to download songs and still it stays frozen.
I apologies if this problem was already stated, I just really want this thing fixed.

Try this: Note:Make sure you have a charged battery Turn the player off Slide the Lock switch ON to insure MSC mode Plug it in your PC .Open "My Computer" ;Right click on the Sansa m240 icon Click on Format Choose FAT..not FAT32 Click "Start"...OK Unplug and let it finalize .Slide Lock switch to OFF. That is all!
For the m240 Sandisk gives next information, how to change the language on m200 series players: NOTE: All the steps start from the Main menu. 1. Settings Option can be accessed by going to the 4th item on the list. 2. Language is the 5th option after Settings. Page 27 (=page26) of the manual shows how to go to the top level, main menu. Page 26 (=page 25) gives the table for top level menus.
Oh lol this is easy. just go onto realplayer or something then go on the tab burn/transfer then it will tell u your songs delete them all. then try turning your mp3 on and going to "settings" then go all the way to the bottom of that page then click "reset all" then go back to windows media player and put your songs on.
there are 2 usb choices on the sansa m240 one is msc the other is auto detect. msc is for downloading new upgrade software i beleive , because thats the setting sndisk has you set it on to download new upgrade software .it stands for mass storage class .it may need to be on auto detect .
