Question about Cosco Alpha Omega Elite 5-Point 22-155

Seat unconfortable I purchased this seat a year ago. My son acts like he is in pain every time I put him in it. He is 23 months old. It seems like the belt between his legs is to short and the pads around the neck bother him. Does anyone else have this problem?

Crotch strap too short, buckle hard to unlock without poking his private area! We have read and re read directions and threaded belts according to directions, lined up with flat surface, we are grandparents who just cannot figure out what to do. I have half a notion to take the damn thing back! Why is this thing so short???????

My seat is a few months old and stopped heating, any solutions?

If within a year of purchase it is still in warranty and Toto will repair it. Unfortunately they don't seem to offer on-site repair, you must remove and send it in.

Need a seat for my son's tricycle

You need to take the old seatpost from the trike to a good bicycle dealer and tell them you need a seat to fit it. Most good dealers have parts for childrens trikes and bikes or can order them for you.
